Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation to be on time for shifts
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Willingness to complete, pass, and maintain required trainings
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture of love and service
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for each order
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude to uplift both customers and teammates
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability needs
- Help out teammates as necessary to support smooth operations
