Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings including health and safety standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Reliable transportation to arrive timely for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with diverse customers
- Ability to maintain physical stamina required for extended periods of standing and movement
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers by asking about their needs and educating them on menu options and specials
- Uphold the company culture by fostering positive relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among the team
- Show reliability by being punctual and prepared for every shift
- Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative work environment
