Job Requirements
- Must possess or obtain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Must complete, pass, and maintain required company trainings and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as detailed in the Employee Handbook
- Availability to follow proper call out and scheduling procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and complete all required trainings and certifications
- Friendly and approachable personality
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture and build genuine relationships with customers
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay positive and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and following communication protocols
