Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local or state laws
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Proficient English communication skills
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions including hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Comfortable performing basic math calculations
- Willingness to learn and complete required trainings
- Enthusiastic and personable with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers on menu items and specials
- Embody and promote the company culture of love and service
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism
- Show reliability by being punctual and communicating availability
- Assist teammates and support the store operations as needed
