Job Requirements
- valid food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to complete, pass, and maintain company training and certification
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 65 lbs
- proficiency in English communication
- willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions
- adherence to company handbook and policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills including written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- comfortable with physical activity including standing for long periods and lifting up to 65 lbs
- willingness to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or certification
- ability to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- team player with adaptability and a people-first attitude
Job Duties
- greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
- help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- embody and promote the culture of Dutch Bros which emphasizes relationships
- deliver consistent speed, quality, and service in all orders
- maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
- be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- support teammates and help out during busy times or unexpected situations
