Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to perform basic math calculations

Job Duties
- Engage with customers and greet them warmly with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros Coffee culture in every interaction
- Ensure consistent delivery of speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage teammates
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support team needs as required
