Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete and pass all required training and certifications
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to perform mental math and handle cash transactions
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to support teammates and maintain a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player mindset
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 65 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide exceptional service
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody and promote the culture and philosophy of Dutch Bros Coffee
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude during shifts
- Show up to work on time, communicate availability, and follow proper call-out procedures
- Support teammates as needed in various tasks and responsibilities
