Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Willingness to follow company policies as outlined in employee handbook
- Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, kneeling, or crawling
- Mental math capability
- Adherence to company call out procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain information about products and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
- Proficiency in English, additional languages valued
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold company culture by building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy of every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage teammates
- Arrive on time and communicate availability
- Support team members as needed
