Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of all required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in English with additional languages valued
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Availability for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to uphold company values and culture
Job Duties
- Engage with customers greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them about the menu and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture in every interaction
- Ensure consistency by maintaining speed, quality, and service standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism to coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and assist as needed during busy periods
