Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of all required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Completion of Broista training to participate in tip pool
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building positive relationships
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism
- Show reliability by being punctual and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to support the workflow
