Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Be punctual and have reliable transportation
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Ability to perform mental math tasks
- Physical capability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional language fluency is valued
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for long periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and values
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and help out as needed
