Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as per local regulations
- complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- ability to perform mental math
- proficient English communication skills
- capable of standing, walking, or being in movement for up to 10-hour shifts
- ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 pounds
- tolerate exposure to varying weather conditions
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- strong interpersonal skills
- teamwork and adaptability
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- embody and promote Dutch Bros culture
- maintain speed, quality, and service consistency
