Job Requirements
- Be on time and have reliable transportation
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete pass and maintain all required trainings certifications and knowledge tests
- Ability to stand walk or be on feet for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Proficient in English communication verbal oral and written
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile providing a special experience
- Ask and educate customers about menu items different products and current specials
- Embody company culture fostering meaningful relationships with customers and co-workers
- Consistently ensure speed quality and service to fulfill orders accurately
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude to uplift team members and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time ready to work and communicating availability
- Help out team members supporting various tasks as needed
