Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication skills including proficiency in English
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Adaptability and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and people-first mindset
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody and uphold Dutch Bros culture and values in daily interactions
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be positive and spread optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
