Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform mental math
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Food handler permit or certification as required

Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers with a smile and provide a positive experience
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros Coffee culture by fostering positive relationships
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time and communicate availability clearly
- Support teammates and assist with tasks as needed
