Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion and passing of required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication

- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and uphold Dutch Bros coffee culture focusing on relationships
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered
- Exhibit positivity and optimism in all customer and team interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Assist and support teammates as needed during shifts
