Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Completion and maintenance of all required training and certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Availability to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by fostering strong relationships with customers and teammates
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism amongst team members and customers
- Be reliable by arriving on time and ready to work
- Help out teammates and support operational needs as they arise
