Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handler permit or certification
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to perform mental math
- completion of required trainings and certifications
- physical ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours, including lifting up to 65 pounds
- willingness to work in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing exceptional service
- ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- embody the Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationships and creating memorable customer experiences
- be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and accurate service
- maintain a positive and optimistic attitude to inspire colleagues and customers
- be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following proper procedures
- help out teammates and support the workplace as needed
