Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required training and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Proficient written and verbal English communication
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing excellent service
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody the culture of Dutch Bros by fostering positive relationships and community connections
- Consistently prepare and deliver orders with speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a motivating work environment
- Be reliable by arriving on time and following communication protocols
- Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
