Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Adherence to company policies and procedures including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Completion and passing of all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and complete all required trainings
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the company culture focused on relationships
- Provide consistent service ensuring speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Assist team members as needed to support daily operations
