Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Completion and maintenance of all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- English proficiency, additional languages are a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials

- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service in beverage preparation
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among customers and team members
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
