Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification required as per state or local regulations
- reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival for shifts and meetings
- ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10-hour shifts
- capacity to lift up to 65 pounds
- willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- ability to complete and maintain company required trainings and certifications
- adherence to company policies and employee handbook
- proficiency in English, additional languages valued
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing a personal experience
- ask and educate customers on menu items and current specials
