Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Have reliable transportation and be punctual for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- Adaptability and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold company culture by engaging positively with customers and coworkers
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in every order
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Arrive on time and ready to work, communicating availability as needed
- Support teammates and help out as necessary
