Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local or state regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varied weather conditions
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Adherence to Dutch Bros company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Adaptability to changing work conditions
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu items and specials
