Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Availability to complete all required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Food handler permit or certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationship building
- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service to ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among customers and teammates
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support as needed
