Job Requirements
- Possession of a current Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 65 pounds
- Completion and passing of all required training programs
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and complete required trainings
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic mental math
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Adaptable to changing work environments
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the culture and values of Dutch Bros in all interactions
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Assist teammates and support during busy times
