Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- ability to stand, walk, or be in movement for up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- proficient communication skills in English
- willingness to complete mandatory trainings and pass assessments
- basic math skills for cash handling
- adherence to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- willingness to learn and complete all required training and certifications
- positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile, assist customers by explaining the menu, products, and specials, embody the company culture by prioritizing relationships and community, deliver consistent service focused on speed, quality, and accuracy, maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers, demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability, support teammates by helping out as needed
