Job Requirements
- Possession of a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 65 pounds during shifts
- Completion and passing of Dutch Bros training programs, including knowledge tests
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody the culture of Dutch Bros by building meaningful relationships
- Maintain speed, quality, and service to ensure consistency in orders
- Stay positive and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs
- Assist teammates and support the store operations as needed
