Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification
- Ability to work standing or moving for long shifts
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong communication skills in English required, additional languages a plus
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Capability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and uphold the Dutch Bros culture focused on relationships
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service with every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
- Show reliability by being punctual and communicating availability
- Help support team members when needed
