Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 65 lbs
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English
- Willingness to work varied shifts and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety and handling
- Basic math skills
- Fluency in English, other languages valued
Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers with a smile
- Educate customers on menu items and specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros culture and values
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in service
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Arrive on time and communicate availability
