Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid food handler permit or certification
- Complete and pass all required company training and certifications
- Have reliable transportation and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Demonstrate proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Be physically able to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 pounds, stooping, kneeling, and exposure to various weather conditions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain a positive, adaptable, and people-first attitude at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or Certification required as per state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts up to 10 hours
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture focused on relationships and community
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service for every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support the team as needed
