Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Completion and maintenance of Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform mental math tasks
- Proficient communication in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform tasks during work hours
- Willingness to adapt to changing work environments
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete and pass all required company trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Basic math skills for handling cash and mental calculations
- Ability to maintain physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Adaptability to changing work circumstances
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them about the menu and specials
