Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry weights up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and occasionally climb ladders or ramps
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the company culture and values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service, delivering accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Assist teammates and support operational needs as required
