Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or certification as per state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10-hour shifts
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Adherence to all company policies, including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments

Job Duties
- Engage customers with a smile and provide an exceptional experience
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
