Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, or be in movement for shifts of up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile, Ask and educate customers about menu items, specials, and products, Embody Dutch Bros culture by fostering relationships and positivity, Ensure consistent quality, speed, and accurate service for every order, Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all interactions, Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability, Assist teammates and support operations as needed
