Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete, pass, and maintain company training programs and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide friendly greetings
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by fostering positive relationships
- Consistently deliver high-quality beverages with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates and assist with various tasks as needed
