Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for up to 10 hours during shifts
- Physical capacity to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Completion and passing of required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in English, additional language fluency is a plus
- Ability to perform mental math to handle cash transactions
- Adaptability to changing work environments and team dynamics
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture and fundamental philosophy
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and pitch in as needed to ensure smooth operations
