Job Requirements
- Must have a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work in various weather conditions and perform occasional physical tasks such as kneeling or climbing

- Experience in customer service or retail environment is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture in all interactions
- Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency in orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates
- Arrive on time and communicate availability effectively
- Assist teammates and support operations as needed
