Job Requirements
- Availability to work minimum 15 hours per week
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must follow company dress and appearance guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Must pass any necessary health and safety certifications
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications

- Possess current Food Handlers Certifications if applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to work at any shop within the operator’s territory
Job Duties
- Make drinks according to Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- Engage customers and welcome them warmly
- Ask and educate customers on menu and specials
- Show up on time and follow appearance guidelines
- Maintain a clean and appropriate shop atmosphere
- Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- Be a good teammate and support coworkers
