Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Pass and complete all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions while wearing provided Dutch Bros gear
- Written and verbal English proficiency
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to perform mental math and handle cash transactions
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building relationships and promoting positivity
- Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency by delivering accurate orders promptly
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and effectively communicating scheduling needs
- Help out teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
