Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in employee handbook
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 pounds, and working in varied weather conditions
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Willingness to work varied shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing circumstances
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody the company culture centered on relationships and positivity
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order served
- Maintain a positive attitude and uplift teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Assist teammates and support store operations as needed
