Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be in movement for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Willingness to complete and pass all company required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders or ramps
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math
- Adaptability to changing circumstances
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking each with a smile
- Educate customers on menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture focusing on relationships
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in all customer orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism
- Arrive reliably and communicate availability effectively
- Support teammates and assist as needed
