Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform mental math
- Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Capability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Compliance with company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Physical ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Adaptability to various weather conditions and occasional use of ladders or ramps
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math
- Food handler permit or certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- English proficiency required, additional language skills valued
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
