Job Requirements
- Must have or obtain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Must complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds
- Must communicate proficiently in English, other languages a plus
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to adapt and remain positive under changing circumstances
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships and fostering a welcoming environment
- Consistently prepare and deliver orders with speed, quality, and exceptional service
- Maintain a positive attitude, encouraging optimism and kindness
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support operations as needed
