Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required by local or state regulations
- Reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours during shifts
- Capacity to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Pass and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to learn and complete training
- Positive and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions and educate customers on menu options and current specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service by delivering orders accurately
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and adapt to changing circumstances as needed
