Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
  • Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
  • English proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform basic mental math
  • Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
  • Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
  • Uphold company culture and embody the values of love all, serve all
  • Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain punctuality and communicate availability effectively
  • Support team members and assist as needed during busy times
