Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- English proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
- Uphold company culture and embody the values of love all, serve all
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain punctuality and communicate availability effectively
- Support team members and assist as needed during busy times
- Adhere to company policies, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with regulations
