Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours during shifts
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to perform mental math for cash transactions
  • Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
  • Completion and maintenance of company training and certifications
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
  • Capability to work in varied weather conditions
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, or crawl occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • English proficiency required, additional language skills highly valued
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
  • Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
