Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours during shifts
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to perform mental math for cash transactions
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Completion and maintenance of company training and certifications
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Capability to work in varied weather conditions
- Physical ability to stoop, kneel, or crawl occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- English proficiency required, additional language skills highly valued
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody the company's culture by focusing on relationships and positive interactions
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call-out procedures
- Assist teammates and support the team during busy periods or as needed
