Job Requirements
- Must have a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Must complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be in movement for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to adapt and work well in a team
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options and current specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and core values
- Ensure speed, quality, and service by providing accurate orders
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout shifts
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out and support team members as needed
