Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Mental math capability for cash handling
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking each one with a smile
- Ask questions and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by fostering positive relationships and maintaining enthusiasm
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to support a collaborative environment
