Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing circumstances
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Assist customers by asking questions and educating them about menu options and current specials
- Uphold company culture by fostering positive relationships and embodying the brand values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to deliver exactly what the customer ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude to uplift coworkers and customers alike
- Arrive on time and communicate availability needs, following proper call out procedures
- Support teammates by helping out during unexpected busy periods or challenges
